AI Usage

We believe all websites should disclose usage of Artificial Intelligence in their work. Anything less diminishes the content’s integrity.

Systems Used and Reasons Why

Perplexity AI: Used to estimate data for average player’s income and expenses. This was done in lieu of reviewing play throughs on YouTube and other blogs. We felt data gathered this way would give an average of what experienced players could accomplish, as opposed to an average across all types of players (newcomers, casual, serious streamers, etc). https://perplexity.ai

Studio LM: We want to move away from cloud based solutions (perplexity AI) that use entirely too much natural resources for minimal gain. Any AI used going forward will be through Studio LM with their available models. https://lmstudio.ai

Content Generation Philosophy

We will not use AI to generate art or writing for the website. Spellcheck is the furthest we will go. Content ideas come from a real humans. AI is used to cover gaps in coding for mods as we aren’t programmers (yet).

Made by two friends who still love the game after a combined 510 hours. We started this site because we found most SDV challenges are the same lists repeated over and over. Our take on challenges involves discussing the impact to the game’s world.
